Magnifying the Universe: An Interactive Mindfuck

This amazing interactive infographic shows a comparison of the sizes of the neucleus of a Hydrogen attom to the universe. Scroll through things such s an elephant, Mt Everest, Australia, Earth, the Sun, the Milky way in this interactive adventure. As you scroll the image moves out and the smaller objects get smaller until they cannot be seen, making way for the larger ones. This still gives room for a few layers of objects to compare sizes to. If you somehow can't see the interactive infographic above there is an image version down below. 

If you ever want to get a little mindfucked this is a really fun way to do it. It can literally blew your mind but at the end it made me feel kind of insignificant. Despite that give it a try, it's good fun.

Disney's "Touché" is a Technology that Allows Advanced Multitouch... Anywhere

This piece of technology made by Disney Research sports multitouch gestures far more advanced than that of an Android or even Apple phone. Not only that, but it allows it anywhere, from couches, doorknobs to even water. It can recognise if you are relaxed on a couch or asleep, it can tell it you are just touching water or have your hand on it and it can teach children how to properly eat. It can even be hooked up to the human body to create a human touchpad. 

This is truly a revelutionary breakthrough and it looks to pave the way for stuff out of Minority Report. This technology is so useful it's hard not to imagine it being heavily integrated in our society in a decade or two.

According to the site I am a nice person, for which I can hope to be. It measures you on how much you beg for retweets, retweet spam, swearing and anger to determine wheather you are an "asshat" or not. It gives you a rating from 0-100 with 100 being the worst. 

This is a parody of another twitter tool and is just for fun but it can be pretty accurate. For example, Kim Kardashian is Mostly Noise at 75 but it also says Kanye West is Mostly Alright at 29 which might be streching it a bit.

This App, created by Intel uses Twitter, Facebook and YouTube to get detailed information about what you share, what you do and what you're friends are like and arranges it into a nice infographic. 

Yes this is an obvious ad for Intel. And they probably steal your information. But will you ever find a utility that looks this good and delivers this functionality elsewhere? Nup.

Found out through WeezyWaiter it is a surprise that this app is not more popular, despite it not being something Intel is known for. Hopefully being promoted by the Beard Lover himself will help promote this but if not it will probably get exposure naturally, being the great utility that it is.
